Playhouse Disney

Play House Disney Live!

On Valentine's Day, Bryce and I took Cooper to see Playhouse Disney Live. I'm not really sure if he liked it, but I don't think he didn't not like it. I hope that makes sense. He just kind of sat there most of the time staring at the stage. I guess you could say he was enthralled by it. We did see Amy, Kayla, Kelsey, and Amy's mom there also. I tried to get a pic of them, but you can only make out Kayla. So, that is how we spent our Valentine's Day, with our children.

First Five

The first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me! Scary, I know! My choice. For you. This offer does have some restrictions and limitations.

  1. I make no guarantees that you will like what I make!
  2. What I create will be just for you.
  3. It'll be done this year.

You have no clue what it's going to be. It may be a story. It may be a cool photo or an article that I think you will like. I may bake you something and mail it to you. Who knows? So, here is the catch. You must repost this on your blog and offer the same to the first 5 people who do the same on your blog. The first 5 people to do so and leave a comment, will get a fabulous homemade gift by me! Be sure to post a picture of what you get when you get it! Thanks Amy! This sounds like fun!!

Thank You Shana!

Yesterday, I went over to Aunt Debbi's and met Shana over there so that I could use her talent. Shana made the cutest headband for Sara to wear for Valentine's Day. She then showed me how to make some clippy's for Sara's hair. So, now I think I am going to become obssessed! I already told Bryce that I need a hot glue gun, clippy's, ribbons, needles, and some thread, and whatever else I might have forgotten. So, thanks again Shana! I am glad that Bryce has you as a cousin! And it was also nice to see Becky and get to catch up with her! Sorry the pictures aren't the best, but it is hard taking pictures of a moving target!

We Got Sara's Ears Pierced!

Well, we finally got Sara's ears pierced. I have been wanting to get them done since she was about 2 months old. Bryce, however, just wasn't quite sure about it. He finally told me that he just didn't want to see or hear her cry. I tried to explain to him that she is going to be madder because she is being restrained rather than getting her ears pierced. So, on Friday we went to the mall and Bryce made me do EVERYTHING by myself. I had to pick out the earrings. I had to restrain her. I had to be the one to comfort her afterwards. Of course, she cried; but she actually started crying as soon as I put my arm over her arms and my hand on her head. The ladies were very quick at piercing her ears and it was all over in a matter of seconds. On a side note, we had to buy Sara size 12 month sleepers because she is so long. They are big in the torso, but fit perfectly on her arms and legs. I just can't believe that she isn't even 8 months yet and is already ready in 12 month sleepers! She is growing up way too fast!!
