We have 5 which seems like a alot, and it is, and so we are not having more children, but I still sometimes want to have more children. Having children is such an amazing thing. It takes a lot of faith to hope that in the next life we can still have children. I would be so sad if this were it because it is such an amazing experience. And yet we are limited by our physical bodies and the resources that we have to having to stop having kids at some point. It's a bittersweet thing to be able to be happy about moving on to a new phase in life and yet leaving such a great one behind. Your kids are still little though. Love them up. It really doesn't last long. Enjoy it every day. The tiredness and being behind in everything passes. As does their young wonderful little childhood. ENJOY IT!

I also found it curious for you to mention someone you were grateful for that your husband had been married to before. My husband had a very awful short-lived first marriage and it is sooooooo difficult for me to learn to deal with his X-wife (on account of my wonderful step-daughter we still have to). I have mixed feelings because on the one-hand that bad marriage helped him to be where he was when I met him and being married to him is the most incredible blessing in my life. On the other hand, I'm not totally mature enough to still not wish he'd never met her. :)

Sounds like you had a great year being able to spend time with family you don't often get to see. And it's a good thing that your husband still has a job. That's always a great blessing!Heatherlynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09355263068372248035noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3676027196636442431.post-71570052683614552142009-12-29T18:44:52.910-08:002009-12-29T18:44:52.910-08:00Love your post!
