Happy Halloween!
I thought that I would let everyone know how Cooper and Sara's halloween was. It was definitely interesting to say the least. Wednesday night we had Trunk or Treating at the church. Cooper went as a farmer, Sara was a lamb, Bryce was a convict (he borrowed the outfit from Drew, just kidding!) and I went as an over worked and under appreciated house wife! Not to hard to do! So, while we were in the gym doing the best costume contest, Cooper was knocked down by an older kid and hit the hardwood floors. He ended up with a bloody lip and it looks like now 2 small black eyes. He is really going to be a tough kid when he gets older! And of course, Sara slept through half of the festivities. Cooper got a ton of candy that he is not going to eat, but mom and dad will put a dent in it I am sure! On Thursday night, we carved pumpkins for the first time as a family. Cooper actually liked pulling out all of the "guts" of the pumpkins. And tonight we just handed out candy to the trick or treaters that came to the door. And of course, every time someone came to the door, Cooper thought that he needed candy also. So, he was not very happy when mommy would not give him any.

My New Calling
Well, I knew that it would eventually happen and 2 weeks ago it did. I received my new calling. I am now a teacher in Relief Society. And of course this was my Sunday to teach. It wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't have to teach Bryce's class as well, since he was working. So, I think I should get half of his calling also since I have taught his class numerous times. And it is kind of funny to think of a new convert teaching a Gospel Principles class to other new converts and investigators. Anyway, I really enjoy being a teacher in Relief Society. It was actually my very first calling in the church. So, it has a special place in my heart. Plus, teaching helps me to learn things and remember important lessons. Maybe when I grow up I will become a teacher!

Sara's first taste of cereal
So, I have noticed lately that Sara has really been watching us when we are eating. She has also started making smacking noises. So, I thought that I would try some cereal tonight and see how she would do. I'm not sure if she necessarily liked it, but she did eat several bites. Hopefully, she will start to like it better and better each time.

Rolling, rolling, rolling, .....
Sara has finally started rolling over. She is only rolling from her tummy to her back, but I am sure it is only a matter of time before she will be going both ways. The only problem with her learning to roll over is that she is waking herself up at night because she will roll over and get figure out how to get back to her tummy. But, I am glad that she has finally started to become a little more active. She is such a joy to have in our lives. She has really started "talking" up a storm. Sara will talk to anything! And, if I do say so myself, she has the most beautiful smile. She is a very happy baby! We have been wonderfully blessed by Heavenly Father with our children. This picture is how I find Sara when she wakes up, on her back and smiling. Life can't get much better than this!
Splish Splash Cooper's Taking A Bath
Well, I most definitely have a fish on my hands. Cooper loves the water! Thank goodness! I have such a hard time trying to get him out of the tub. I really think he would stay in there all day if I let him. Anyways, just wanted to show some cute pictures of Cooper in the tub. Now if only Sara liked the water half as much as Cooper we would be doing good.

Am I Crazy?
So, if it wasn't hard enough with a toddler and a baby we decided to get a puppy. I blame this on both Bryce and Cindy. Cindy was going to pick up Courtneys new rabbit and the people who had the rabbit also had some puppies. So, Cindy called us so that we could bring the kennel to her so that they could bring their puppy home. Well, I have been wanting a puppy since we moved here, but Bryce has always told me no. Well, when he saw the puppies he just thought they were absolutely adorable. So, we went a head and got a puppy. We are not quite sure what breed he is besides boxer (his mom). Bryce named the dog Copper. Yes, I have a son named Cooper and a dog named Copper. I am currently in the process of trying to get Copper house broken. It is harder than you think. Cooper loves the puppy and every morning when he wakes up that is the first thing he says, puppy and goes to find him. The brown one is ours and the white and brown one is Austins. Her name is Amia.
