On Friday, Kristi and I saw the new Harry Potter movie. It was so good. I just hate that the movie came out so long after the book. Unfortunately, I didn't remember much from the book. So, it was kind of like I never even read the book, but I knew how it was going to end. As soon as I got home Friday evening, I started reading the Half-Blood Prince again. I figured I would read the book and then go see the movie again. It's a win win for me since I like to read and then I get to see the movie again! And can I just say, that the actors and actresses in the Harry Potter movies are so much better than the Twilight movies. During the previews, they showed the trailer for the new Twilight movie. It should be interesting to see if their acting abilities have gotten any better. Anyways, hope everyone had a great weekend! Oh, I also wanted to tell Amy congrats for running her first 10k!! You did great!

I can't wait to see. But I havent read the book . ;) I sure at first the acting wasn't as good as they are now. Is this like movie number six? Glad you got to go.

I too LOVED the movie, although when I start comparing to the book I start nitpicking things apart. I agree that the actors are truly great in the HP movies. We didn;t get a New Moon trailer at the beginning of our movie and I have gone to see it twice already. It's no secret that I LOVE HP way, way more than I will ever love Twilight. I just think Edward is HOT and he makes me melt;) Ha Ha! The books I don't care too much for.

I am with you. The movies come out so long after the books you need a refresher.
The movie was really good though - Loved it! I was so shocked at how much older the actors are now, especially Malfoy.
This is good to know. I've visited some blogs who seem to not like HBP. I guess it will always depend on who's watching it, right?
